According to Dave Osler, even the Daily Mail is aghast at the thousands of scabs the Royal Mail is hiring to break the postal workers strike - not because they have any objection to strike-breaking, of course, but because those recruited will have access to our post but won't have had references checked or been vetted for criminal convictions.
